If you really want to play this hand I think you should iso raise the limpers and only if the CO and the BU are tight players that you can count on them to fold so you'll have position. Though its ok to fold this here.

As played.. You can rule out an over pairs and TT+99 cause I dont think a 16/14 is over limping here with those hands. That leaves all the QJ combos, 78s and 44 in his range.

and pokerstove says....

Board: Th 4d 9s
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 62.578% 62.58% 00.00% 14249 0.00 { Td9d }
Hand 1: 37.422% 37.42% 00.00% 8521 0.00 { 44, QJs, 87s, QJo }

I think its ok to get it in here if you think he'll call with that whole range.

I would have iso raised as well to the limpers with the suited connectors and then possibly folded to a 3Bet depending on the size. I am actually quite surprised that he was limping UTG+1 with 44 with those stats unless his session has been really card dead or he was just trying to vary things up

If you've ever read veneers guide to uNL (If you haven't you should, it's free search it) then he does a bit on how stats don't really show anything even after 100, 200, 500 hands. They only show if someone is completely out of line.

Yeah we can't fold here, just ul.
