Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm kinda happy with how this hand played out except the river. Is that an instant shove and was I WAY too passive?

Villain is 60/10 over only 60 hands

EDIT: I think I'm gonna get my ass kicked for how small the turn bet is....

I don't have much of a problem with the way you played the hand or the size of the turn bet. You bet .20 into a .36 pot which might be a little low IF you knew for sure he was on a FD but at this point in the hand you have absolutely no reason to believe that is the case.
when you take into account all the hands he could be flatting the flop with I think it was appropriate. Considering that this is a BvB situation I think he has to be giving you very little credit for a real hand. When he flats the turn as well the draw becomes much more of a possibility. My only question is why are you requesting more time on the river? What youy should be putting him all in. What are you afraid he has?
8, 89 That's all that has you beat. Of course this is the smallest of micro limits so anything is possible but I find it much more likely that he has a set, 2 pair or something like A7. At this limit ALL of those hands are likely to pay you off. Don't think too hard here. Put him in and if he's got you beat then so be it.

If he's on a FD when the second heart falls then I really hope he is as I have the nut flush draw so that doesn't scare me...

As for requesting time that's just table ninja doing that for me as I was in another couple of hands on other tables plus I did take a bit of time to think what he could have raised me with, 48 as well as 89 has me beat...I should have shoved IMO. No real question.

well you're going to be chopping here a lot and realistically the only hand that beats you is 84. Stil I think shoving the river is best in case he is spazzing with a set or something.
