This is a spot that comes up a lot for me and I'm never sure what is the best move on the turn in these situations. I'm always torn between bet/fold and checking it back.

Villain is 38/12/2 over like 12 hands so his stats really don't mean much.

Do you bet/fold these turns with hopes of checking back the river or pot control?

Bet turn for 50-60% pot. Fold to a raise OTT, we are also looking to check back most rivers.

this^^^ sounds like a pretty good line for this particular hand. Esp versus this type of calling stationish villain who might have any piece of that board and may have(although highly unlikely ) flopped the nuts or 2 pair.

I also like bet flop big. check behind on turn and call river or raise if he checks.( and 4th diamond doesnt hit)

I lean towards firing again on the turn - so it's a bet/fold if raised. Check down if called.

But if I check back for pot control on occasion, I'll call or bet any river if a diamond doesn't hit. An A or 10 might also be a mild deterrent.

If villain doesn't bet the river, I'll bet 1/3rd to 1/2 the pot and also probably fold to a raise here - read dependant.

Generally, when villain bets or c/raises river, it's really tough to know where you are. Betting the turn makes it easier to know what's going on.

Fire on turn, i would fire on river with no diamond. fold to river c/r however would depend on your view on him fishy/spew/station etc??.

I may call a fairly small river bet if he seems fishy and station like - putting him on a weaker K or J (he didn't raise pre). A river c/r would seem a lot stronger, for either a reg, fish or good lag - hard to call there. Two pair beats us ffs :)

Bet/bet/bet/bet and bet some more until you get raised off your hand. That's all you need to do at micros.

What hand range do you put him on that he's c/cing the flop with that you aren't ahead of on the turn still? You need to think in terms of ranges and make sure you're getting value every time you're against a range that has inferior equity. He limp called, he's likely a fish and you're crushing his range with tons of second best hands that will still call.
