villain is playing 28/11/2 over 54 hands

Should I be calling check raises in these spots or what? Standard call vs a short stack with a low spr? Sorry if it's a stupid question but I'm trying to get in a habit of posting my biggest losers everyday.

I would call. Shorties tend to flip out with any overpair, TPTK, FDs, OESDs, etc.

So 99-TT is quite possible, as well as AJs, or even nut FD.

I would call because vs his overall range i imagine we are ahead. WIth a vpip of 28 and a wide gap to his pfr he is calling a lot of hands like broadways and suited connectors. There are a lot of draws besides his nutted hands here.

Also its a good spot to take a note on what he has so you can be better prepared next time.
