Mini-raise nowhere. Raise large on the flop. You want to get all in by the river.

Raise large on the flop.

I don't want him to fold though. The object is to maximize the value of the hand & extract as much as I can out of him, no? He's betting into me OOP & I really don't want him to be scared off. If I raise big on the flop, he most likely folds, fk that...

With big hands we want to win big pots.
When we hit a huge hand like this we want to avoid slowplaying and start shoving money into the pot.

Would you rather he fold 2 out of 3 times but the time he doesnt you win 100BBs
Or you play it safe and keep him in all 3 times but only win 10BBs

Do the math;)

Slowplaying and managing pots poorly are both among the biggest leaks of micro stakes players. You're exhibiting both of them pretty well here.

He's donking the flop on a VERY wet board, will call the raise with any draw and most pairs, and just isn't bluffing here often enough to 'give him rope'. If he's a novice enough player to donk KT here, then he's most probably dumb enough to call a raise with it too. I don't really see all that many hands he's willing to bet the flop with that don't have some kind of draw to go with it, and as such we should be doing nothing but raising the flop for value.
