Villain in blinds is playing 7/7/2 with a FT3B 100% over 40ish hands. I figured if I 4 bet I fold out everything I beat so I just flat the 3b. Call flop with the intention of stacking on a non A turn. Pretty easy decision on the turn obv. Line ok?

I already told you why I just called pre. Cuz nits don't call 4bets with anything other than aces.

Calling preflop is totally fine, although at 4NL I would probably encourage a raise. You definitely have to raise the flop as you're getting it in vs JJ/QQ/1010 and you could still easily be called off by AK/AQ

Those stats over 40 ish hands is not a nit; it's anyone who's card dead over 40 hands. 4bet pre and be willing to get it in.
