I know it isn't a great question but If I'm not sure if he was trying to commit his stack by the river with a straight or not. I want to know if my fold had good value or should I have called him down with my Kings. Also, it is 2NL but the option wasn't there.

I don't think you should fold here ever. If anything you should be raising. When someone donks(leads into the preflop raiser) into you I find they often have nothing, second pair, or a draw. I'll often call their donk bet if I acually have a good hand(like an over pair). But here that flop is sort of scary there are lots of draws possible. So I think I would reraise him on the flop here to make him pay for his draws. You got to keep in mind they called a raise preflop so would hands like 23 or 78 fit with that action? On the other hand there are lots of PPs that now flop over pairs to the board that will maybe bet out on the flop. I don't think your committed to this pot but if you deside to call the turn bet then you would commit yourself to this pot. And with KK here on the turn I think you should be more than willing to commit to this pot.

At 2nl a 3x raise preflop is too small and you'll usually get called with junk. On the flop I'm reraising to see where I stand and then play accordingly

I don't think you should fold there. Re-raise as opponents at this level are really spewy. Also, raise more pre-flop. Try to get it all in here.

Here is a nice simple rule for you at 2nl:

NEVER FOLD KK (NEITHER PRE NOR POST FLOP) UNLESS AN ACE FLOPS AND EVEN THEN ONLY IF THE PREFLOP POT IS SMALL.

That's actually good advice. raise the flop then bet/raise the turn. Get him and you committed to the hand.
