I tend to just call with these type of hands against LP stealers to keep their worse A's and Q's playing.

As for the hand, leading the riv is bad? Should i just check/call because it's a paired board?

And can i call here considering he has low AF stats but high AF on the river?

Villain: 32/21, 3bet:6, AF:1.4, AF by street: 1.3, 1.1, 3.3 (244 hands)

Call. Villain a fish this could easily be a weaker flush or slowplayed 8.
I 3bet preflop for value.

Gotta call. He might have the full house but more likely he has three 8's and slow played 'em. The beauty of poker is it's possibilities but win or lose you really have to call here with the nut flush. :)

Pretty gross but I call. If he had bet the flop it'd give him more full house combos, as is KK is pretty unlikely. So we're looking at quads, K8, 44 that beat us? Also weird that he'd check back a flush draw as PFR. So I think his range is something like 8x/88 that he slowplayed, 44, flushes, air.

Call of course. Probably could have rr'ed his 2.5x raise pre. Give you a better idea of his range rather than guessing otr
