Well this hand got my pulse raising today! Is flopping the nut flush like 1/500 hands? I don't know but I felt quite comfortable after the flop came.

I didn't want to spook anybody so I figured as long as the board didn't paired I would be safe. I checked and let a the turn card come...

A ten! Now I dont feel quite so confident as a ten is well within calling a preflop raise range and so is a queen!

Player in early position bets out and the guy in mid position quickly puts in a hefty raise going all-in with his last 62 cents. I smelt danger and figured it was time to end the hand so I also went all-in. Guy in early position folded, keeping his last $1.11.

Was I right to panic or should I have kept the pace slow to take his last $1.11 after the river?

Should I have folded when the guy in mid position went all-in as there was serious full house danger. Did I just get lucky winning this hand afterall?

I suppose when there are to tens on the board there is less chance of someone else also having a ten!

I would've definitely bet the flop, especially if you feel that a queen or a ten hits their range because most likely they won't put you on a flush. When the ten comes out, i wouldn't be particularly worried as pocket queens would've probably 4bet you preflop, UTG+1 might have pocket 6s but would they have raised with that? The cold call by the BB is suspicious, but since this is only 4nl i don't think he's holding a monster. All this makes UTG+1's all-in a fistpump instacall

I suppose when there are to tens on the board there is less chance of someone else also having a ten!
not sure why you're scared of a ten considering that trips doesn't beat a fullhouse.

Please bet the Flop, if they have anything they will call your bet. Shoving the Turn then becomes a no brainer.

FPS-Fancy Play Syndrome

You have the nut flush and you check it.

I hear what you are saying in letting them try to catch up, but don't you want some money in the pot before you bet the turn?

I mean, if you bet 1/2 or 1/3 pot, they might still stick around. But if they have nothing to begin with, they would not give you any money to begin with.

Big hands are not worth anything if, when you take the pot, it's not worth anything.....

Best hand is only half the equation to getting your money.
