sorry for the lack of info on this one. i played 9/7 suited into a family pot. I was bb. flop comes 6810 rainbow so I bet .22 into a .25 pot and get one caller. turn is a rag, full rainbow now. I bet .50 into a .75 pot and he calls. pot now about 1.25 and our stacks are about 3.00 each. river comes an Ace and I bet a dollar, he reraises me all in. I don't see how I can lay this hand down or how I can play it better. he turns 9/jack off suit.

i'd appreciate any help in a similar situation.

Unless I was Big blind, I would not play this hand. Suited one-gappers are not as good as they might look.

But since you were big blind, there really is nothing to do. Didnt read that the first time.

Maybe some would disagree, but considering the stakes etc. I will say it is just a bad beat. Dont worry, the next time you will have the 9J ;)

There's noting you can do it was just an unlucky hand you win more than what you loose in the same situations
