fold to cbet is usually pretty meaningless or more meaningless on these extreme boards, monotone boards get a ton of folds in general so you should cbet them more often, however we have SDV here and i cant see anything worse really calling so i'd just check back the flop

Check it back, we're only really getting called by Jc+ that we beat.
