No reads on opponent other than he called a river bet with king high and trips on board, I had quads. Should I call or fold?

You have a ton of outs but problem is you're facing a pot sized bet with one card to come and you're out of position which means it's harder to extract value on the river if you hit. Add this to the fact that some of your outs might be tainted, and i think you should fold. But i think it's close, and i'd call a 2/3 pot bet here.

You could try bluff him on river. Bet about 0.41$ and on raise just fold it.
But in this situation just fold.

I wouldn't advise this at all

I would still call here but would not bluff the river if we miss. But if we complete any of our draws on the river then i will bet the river. We have so many outs so i don't like giving up our hand just yet.

Folding is the worst option i think and raising is also not a good option, very risky so i prefer just calling here.
