Pre Flop: I would call most of the time but raise is ok too as long as your raise gets it heads up. You want to avoid raising and getting 3 callers.
Flop: I think a call is the causious way to go. I dont dislike it but not fantasic play either. If anyone behind you has a flush draw they are getting the right odds
to call. If I raise I raise to $1.
Turn: I think here you have to make a decision. Either 1) raise to kick out the flush draw/str8 draw. You have top pair with a gut for the str8. You likley have the best hand for now but lots of draws so if he makes it on river you loose, if he misses river he does not bet unless he is bluffing... As an added benifit you have a semi-Bluff situation here where if a K comes up you have the str8 so even if you are loosing right now you still have outs or 2) call and elect to call/check to showdown.
River: I just check on this. If you bet you are bluffing the str8. There is too much out there that beat 2 pair. he could have set or str8 you have a good 2 pair but he could have a number of hands that beat 2 pair. Check it down for a showdown. If you bet and he does not have you beat he folds, if he has str8, or set he calls, If you bet and get raised fold.
