$4 NLHE Full Ring: AA oop on river, 4 card straight on board and I freeze up

villain is playing 68/18/2 over like 30 hands. A good amount of them are from playing short handed so I don't know how confidence we can put into them.

Obv betting for value from worse on the flop and turn but when the river hits I get scared and check. 4 card straight on board plus if he was chasing with 9T on the flop he just got there too. Can I really feel confident shipping the last 60bbs in on the river with that board? I thought if I checked he would check back J's as he isn't that aggressive. What worse hand than mine ships the river?
