Sample of hands is pretty low but ya we can assume hes pretty poor.
UTG raise has to gain respect no matter what type of player they are,
Your call is fine i guess but because of the villians stats and your call i could see a lot of lighter 3-bets that your going to call oop, but im assuming your only set mining with this hand so doesnt matter!
Im inclined to just call the flop and leave him bet into us as were ahead of his range a lot of the time here, but the raise isnt the worst either, when you get re raised on flop his range is very narrow imo, as from his stats, he doesnt seem to be an aggressive player.
(Not that familiar with the decimal value of the agg in the stats, but based on your stats and assuming your TAG.Im sure hes not that agg.)
It contains a lot of suited overpairs, maybe A4hh, not sure if he raises small pp from early pos but that cant be ruled out either. All the above you are behind so to jam is just futile, your never been called by just to over-pairs, like seriously not even the worst of players would call off there stack with 2 non suited overpairs especially an non agg player like the villian. You need to start giving your villains credit and stacking in this pos against this player, for the reason you have given is delusional, the only hand that your dominating in this pos is 7,7, your not getting a fold of 9,9 or 10,10 as this level.
You will find a lot better opportunitys to stack someone then this, you were at best flipping and it turned out you were crushed.
Just call it a brainfart and move on.
