Yeah my default 3-bet here would be 40c... Don't remember my thought-process on the sizing. How would you size the 3-bet?

I'd 3 bet to .45 - .55 and lean towards the higher end. Basically raise as much as you think they'll call. Its harder to get value OOP so if we make the pot bigger preflop we dont have as hard a time getting all the money in post flop.

55c?? That seems like it will tip off most players that I either have AA or KK... I always thought of 10bb as a pretty standard 3-bet against a 4bb open raise. A little bigger, sure, but 14bb? I feel like the extra value and lower SPR isn't going to pay off compared to the increased # of folds, but I guess I might be under-estimating how inelastic his 3-bet flatting range is. Thoughts?

Like I said...
Basically raise as much as you think they'll call.

4x 3 bet is std when OOP which would be .48 but since its nl4 on Merge which is the lowest level Id go for as much as they'll call but not less then .45.
