$4 NL HE Full Ring: $2NL - Should I have bet more or was he never folding?

I'm killing the tables today, flopping sets and full houses like it's Christmas in Pokerman27 World when this hand comes up. Pocket 3's thank you, another set please? Oh yes.

I have a tight image at the table and my rasies are getting respect. Ordinarlly I would probably ditch the 3s but I was confident I could at least pick up the blinds. The BB has recently arrived at the table so I have no read on him...Should I have shoved the flop or raised more?

Definitely want to raise more on the turn, ~ $0.35 - I'd raise the flop a little bigger too, say $0.15 or so.

Yeah, I think my turn raise was far too small. Do you think I should have just called on the river with both the flush and straight on the board?

It's such a bizarre line that I'm at a loss :D , and when I can't figure it out, I do what you did under the assumption that most of the time he has a worse made hand on the flop (you'd think he'd lead more on the river if he'd hit his draw). Two draws did just get there though, so calling makes sense. Bleh.

Bleh sums it up perfectly for me. I was fairly certain he missed his draws too because of his ridiculous bets. However....

He turned over 24o.

fwiw, I have a huge leak at 25nl and down - I keep trying to read unknown players' actions assuming they understand some basic principles of the game, and make the wrong decision more often than I should cuz the line doesn't make sense. At 25nl and up (25nl is kind of a b/e point for me on this), I have much greater success w making plays based on the logic of the line Villain takes. fps ftw.
