$4 NL HE Full Ring: $2NL Should I have been more aggressive?

I had a fairly tight image at this table so far. Not raising many pots, I decided to raise in the cut off figuring I had some FE and may well just pick up the blinds. However I got 3 callers and flopped a straight draw...should I have played this hand differently?

Villain in SB has played 45% of hands over a 40 hand sample pre-flop raising none

I generally raise that min donk bet to around $0.40 - $0.45 w close to air here. imo, that tends to be either a monster (i.e. set), a draw, or a weak pair/weak Tx trying to figure out if we have an overpair. The monster re-raises, the draw frequently calls, and the weak pair frequently folds (most common result in my experience) - so that provides a nice guide to the rest of the hand.

If we had flopped an oesd, I'd be more inclined to call though - but not w a gutshot.

Calling down the silly small turn bet is fine I think, though I think we have to fold if he bets the river.

Thanks Slycbnew. What should I have done following his check to me on the river? I checked it feeling I was done with the hand and thinking if I bet he'll raise and I'm chucking more away...

It really looks like a busted draw - venturing a $0.60 bet doesn't hurt much, folding to a raise isn't a big deal cuz at this limit he's not going to raise w worse than Ahi, we don't have to worry that we are getting bluffed off the best hand - but I can't imagine a worse hand calling either so I'd probably check behind too (again, though, at this limit, who knows, maybe you'll get a call from Kcxc?).
