I feel villian is repping the ace and I have no reason not to beleive him. Its a little frustrating cos I kind of knew he would shove!
I felt compelled to call and pot commited. I managed to stop myself however.

Turn: ($1.11) A

(2 players, 2 all-in)

River: ($1.11) 5

(2 players, 2 all-in)

Total pot: $1.11 | Rake: $0.05

Results below:
MP2 had 9

, A

(full house, Aces over nines).
CO had 6

, 8

(two pair, Aces and fives).
Outcome: MP2 won $1.06

When I find myself in spots like this where my bet is more than 1/3 of villians stack should I just get it all in first and leave it to lady luck?

I'd have probably checked, make your flop bets a bit smaller man, with effective stacks you started building a big pot with the ace out, what are you trying to achieve with your pot bet here?? Anyone who isnt beating you folds and possibly saves themselves some cash on later streets and (with the stack sizes) anyone who is beating you shoves??

Raise pre to at minimum 12c, but I'd lean more towards 15c.

Bet like 24ish on the flop, and then cuss & fold.

My C-bets whether I hit or not are 2/3 pot vs one caller and pot sized against two. Perhaps if I had anticipated this predicament I could have raised a bit more pre-flop and just shoved the rest in after. Chances are neither opponent has the ace and if they do I still got outs right?! I just get it in I am saved from overthinking the hand.

Looking at it in a similar way to allowing myself to merely call a 3 or 4-bet with KK IP on the condition that I shove it all in after the flop regardless of what comes :)

I probably wouldn't fold but I noticed today I'm losing lots against retard stack sizes like 50 and 40BB's after just calling stuff off. But yeah raise more pre, less on the pot. I know in another hand analysis someone talked about betting less as a bluff, this is exactly why.

Edit: Running a filter through hold'em manager is telling me I'm not spewing against these stack sizes like I thought I was. I think I'd still want to FU call though :D
