In addition to comments about how I played the hand, I was wondering if there was anything I could do to get him AI by the river?

He probably missed a ton of his draws. However, it doesn't mean he doesn't have a hand worth calling you with.

I play a lot of the micro-stakes as well, I've noticed that the mistakes people make are none bigger then on the river.

A pot sized bet or near pot bet on the river might get you looked up by A10 or similar here since he could talk himself into calling you thinking you've missed your draw etc.

But it really does look like a busted draw.

Uh, shove the rivar? I also raise the flop bigger.

Yeah, villain's line looks like a busted draw, but no one is bluffing the river given how much strength you showed earlier in the hand. Just bet, hope he decided to play TT as poorly as possible or something.
