$4 NL HE Full Ring: $2NL All in with 2 pair on the flop against maniac? Am I a maniac too?

So, villain is steaming and is playing 80% plus hands...I complete the small blind with suited connectors and this happens. Was I wrong to shove with my second two pair?

Looks fine, I like that you lead the flop rather than checking it.

He plays 80% of hands which means he is moron.
He is gonna show up with Qx,8x,7x,random PPs and straight draws way more then sets and Q8/7, and when he shows up with thouse hands its a cooler, reaload and move on...

Thanks guys. I was sure my move was sane but just doubting my own logic when I've been on the end of a couple of tough beats like this.

Villain turned over Q8 for a higher two pair. Suffice to say it wasn't long before he was busted...just not by me!
