$4 NLHE 6-max: Vulnerable 2pair, river bet?

villain is 18/8/2.5 seems to bet his made hands aggressively. This is pretty damn thin on the river.

UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.20, 2 folds, BB calls $0.16

Flop: ($0.42) (2 players)
BB bets $0.24, Hero calls $0.24

Turn: ($0.90) (2 players)
BB bets $0.64, Hero calls $0.64

River: ($2.18) (2 players)
BB checks, hero...

this is like a prime example of where you should raise the turn.
if you raise turn (doesnt have to be much id prob only pop it to like $1.50) you can comfortably fold to a ship, and if he flats hes checking to you OTR so you can just check it back.

if vil is good, i think check or bet river is pretty marginal so not important, hes prob c/cing AK/AQ/AJ and folding rest. id still prob stick in a bet/fold of like 90c tho
