IMO, if you're not going to cbet the flop, why not just call the turn and keep the pot small and safe? Probably what I would do here is just cbet the flop though.

I agree but I don't like cbetting this flop against a fish but I agree calling the turn should be better.

Probably need his postflop aggro stats,WTSD ect to decide if I like this.
Villain is clearly a fish, but what kind of fish is what decides if this is a good line imo.

Fold to turn 3-bet against most, snap fold against a fish.

Why no flop cbet? If we had ace high, I like checking this board so much more.

Yeah Cbet the paired boards all the time. These are the boards that fish fold to the most, almost all the time infact. They normally only continue with something that connected or an overpair, making it extremely easy to play against them on the turn and river.
