Villain is maniac who has limped or raised with nearly atc and has stats of 72/5. I feel ATo is very strong against his limp range so I raise and he calls. I flop TPTK and villain smooth calls. I bet the turn and villain reraises me. Villain has done this with air and I did not give credit to villain, especially since this is 6max. Should I just fold this turn reraise?

Bet more on every street. Fish need to be value towned.
5xbb pre.
25c on the flop
48c turn

Now is villain a maniac? Have you deduced him a manic based on his stats or on postflop reads?
If you based him being a manic on his stats I believe your wrong as 72/5 appears pretty passive to me and I assume villain has hit his five and fold, don't hate calling and folding the river just in case.

If you have solid reads he is wild postflop let us know what they are.

I'm saying I fold in the forum with all the time in the world. Admittedly at the table I'm calling and folding to a river bet.

maybe call the reraise but i dont think shoving is good, he could have higher pockets or trips or whatever, T9

I guess maniac might be the wrong word since villain is passive pre and mostly post although he likes to see flops and raise with air post flop. I saw villain raise with KJ on a T2T board and bet every street with air in a hand.

Given that read let's call. River will be tough like, we can't be sure just how crazy he is as a baluga and river shove prior to flatting the flop is a bigger ask than going nuts on paired boards which loads of aggro fish do.
