Cliffnotes: Tight passive player limps utg, I raise on the button with KQo and he calls. Flop top pair I bet he calls. Turn completes a few straights. Villain min raises my turn bet.

My thoughts: I think calling down on the river was very wrong and calling turn raise was equally as wrong, he's tight passive so he's unlikely to be making a move. I don't think AK which made the high end of the straight on turn would have limp/called preflop. Same with AQ, KK,JJ. Underpairs probably wouldn't have called flop bet either except maybe 10's which would have made a set and would make sense. Other hands that make sense are 7's,q10,J10 or something that made the straight. So I should have realized that no hand I'm beating would raise me and folded on the turn raise.

SB: $1.68
BB: $7.52
UTG: $4.65
CO: $4.75
BTN Hero: $4.08

Pre-flop: ($0.06) Hero is BTN and dealt :qc4: :ks4:
UTG calls $0.04, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.18, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.14

Flop: ($0.42) :7h4: :jd4: :qd4: (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.28, UTG calls $0.28

Turn: ($0.98) :7h4: :jd4: :qd4: :10s4: (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.49, UTG raises to $0.98, Hero calls $0.49

River: ($2.94) :7h4: :jd4: :qd4: :10s4: :5h4: (2 players)
UTG bets $1.96, Hero calls $1.96

Probably should fold the river to be honest. Tight passives usually won't bluff on a board like that especially OOP I'd think so since you didn't hit the straight on the river I think you're toast
