Just read the Baluga theorem. It states a very valuable question we should all be asking ourselves in this spot -

"Would our opponent be raising this turn with anything less than top pair?"

Also yea I mean I understand that being raised here I suppose top pair is prolly no good, I really need to work on giving up top pair sometimes its something thats very hard to do. Especially at these micro stakes.
