£4 NLHE 6-max: That river you really want to call but can't.

Serves me right for raising 910s in a not so great position for it.

Can I get a street analysis on this one? I'm thinking I could have possibly bet the turn but I decided to be more cautious and check it as it was three way - thinking that was maybe a bad move? I hit the straight on the river but there's a flush (even a straight or royal flush) possibility out there.

I was struggling to see a reason why the SB would call my flop bet with a backdoor flush draw here but it's possible. His stats are like a tighter fish almost or a bad reg - whichever you wanna call it.

What do you do on this river?!

I'm fine with pre, T9s is a strong hand.
I bet the turn, we have a straight draw and this weakens most Jx/8x/TT/99 hands.

The river is the worlds easiest fold. This will be Ad8d/Ad4d/T9s maybe a non-nut flush that had a gutshot or pair very rarely just because the fish is still in. I'd snap fold AT here and fold all my non-nut flushes.

Don't get me wrong because of the flop call + river sizing you'd be right to think his range is very narrow but with his stats, the huge whale in the pot, his lack of air he's just never bluffing whilst his sizing rules out worse value hands.

Definitely I agree with everyone about the fold on the river. It has to be a flush.
