$4 NLHE 6-max: Really deep monotone board w overpair and draw

Can I call this off? I'm getting the odds against everything but the nuts and I'm crushing any kind of combo draws that doesn't have the ace. Villain is 36/26/14 after 150 hand and I stacked him once today. Was the flop 3bet a mistake?

Hero bets $0.23, CO raises to $0.74, Hero raises to $2.56, CO raises to $7.44 (All-in), Hero ....

dont 3b flop, flat his raise and let him barrel off. as played i think you have to fold, esp vs a 36/26 spazznut

EDIT: just saw 'was flop 3b a mistake', and ye imo it was.

Dont think you can ever 3b/ fold this flop, as played get it in, he stacks with a lot worse. Any pair and a club will probably stack off, he is that bad so dont think you can fold here ever?

But ye i dont think i 3b the flop either but it isnt that bad if you think he is stacking with worse?(hands you crush pairs and a club (not the Ac))

ye not sure which is more correct, but the way you avoid the awful spot is by never 3bing OTF

Ye probably, cant see why we fold OTP with any action HU tho? we are never drawing dead apart from AA with the Ac which is a cooler anyway and its going to probably go in pre with that hand anyway.

ye no youre right. now that i think about it if he actually has a flush here its gunna be like 97s or something stupid. call away, but dont make a habit of the 3b

O ye and flopped flushes with the Ac

flat flop raise or gii, flatting's prob best especially when he has a bunch of bluffs in his range

Raise more pre-flop imo.

on about in general, seen loads of thread with people 3betting flops with overpairs and not knowing what to do when jammed on.
