I have 10h 6h on BTN. To my right, Sir Limpsalot CO limps again. I raise him to 16c. SB folds and BB folds.
Flop comes a dreamy 10d 10c 6d. BB checks, CO lets out a weird 16c bet into a 50c pot.
I put him on a small PP or somehow a weird ace high hand to test the waters (I've seen guys do this. Not enough history with villain to know)
On the off chance that he had a flush draw (which I didn't think he had, but it was possible) I decided to just call and hope he hits. If he had a T he probably would lead out again on the turn. BB folds.
Turn comes 2d to complete a flush. Villain checks.
I bet half the pot. He folds.
Is the correct play to raise the flop? I've taken the aggressive tactic mostly but they all just fold, so I decided to slow play it a bit with a monster and hope they make a hand on the turn or river.
