$4 NLHE 6-max: interesting spot

Ok so I just played my first session in like a month very excited to be back!
I only have 13hands on villian but he just lost a flip and appears to be tilting so what would you do in this spot? I also realize I should have made the 3bet larger.

I'm not sure why it is showing in bb format anyone know why?

Yeah although its high variance (here come the variance police ''Embrace variance.. blah blah blah'') it seems a profitable spot to me if he could be tilting and making ridic sized raises.

Well I did consider the bb part its why I asked.

You can't be sure he is tilting, for example if I lose on a bad beat and next hand I get something juicy I am inclined to act like I flipped out and just open shove always catch someone that way.

anyone considering shipping it pre?

saves us weird spots OOP and he's calling off wide anyway

I think he ships far lighter than he calls off so I prefer a decent sized 3 bet. We are in a tough spot if he flats but Im still okay stacking most flops.

just gonna be annoying when he flaat folds J72 flops and we miss out on his stack :/

Yeah I thought it was close but I also had info during those 13 hands he was playing like a total spazz.

Yes this actualy sounds good to me and will consider it I just thought it was a pretty weird spot I dident think I could just flat and I dident want to fold shoving actualy looks good now.
