Sorry I see three big problems with this hand all of which relate to bet sizing, the first is
UTG raises to $0.12, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.24,
That is simply a mistake. you are out of position and deep stacked, to take away his positional advantage you must raise bigger and get the money in faster. Your small raise also encouraged in the short stack BB but as we have aces we don't mind that so much, but if we had KK or QQ we dont want the BB along with a ragged ace. 3.5 to 4x is required here and as he is UTG his range is stronger so you can consider 4-5 x. personally i'd make it 45-50c
Your 2nd clanger is not leading out on the turn with a flush draw and semi connected low straight draw. I would be betting a minimum of 75% on the turn.
Think of the value you will get out of AQ in this spot which is a massive part of any players 3bet calling range. In fact that hand is calling a full pot cbet, so go large, get value and charge the draws.
So you decided to check raise....UTG bets $0.46, Hero raises to $0.92, again your sizing is all wrong and just keeps in all his draws with their implied odds. Call his 46 and bet the size of the pot. so around $1.60 minimum
The offsuit 7 on the turn is still a great card for our hand, no draws come in.
If you had got in a bigger 3bet early you should have folded out most hands with a 7 like 87, 67 suited.
If you had got the money in appropriately earlier then normally you are closer to a clean shove all in on the turn.
The third mistake is your river sizing,
Once you let them see the river all the flushes and some straights come in so if you bet what worse is calling, maybe only AQ. In which case you should put out a small blocking bet of about 20% pot. If AQ calls then great but we fold to raises. The river bet was waayyy to big and as a result you felt compelled to throw in the rest. There is a lot to consider here my friend
