I finally decided to post a hand guys. I realize my own personal mistake here, but what would have you done? I learned from it so please dont bash me too harshly lol

What did you think his opening range was when you 3bet him, and how much of it did you think he'd fold?

He plays a lot of hands, but his PFR range is small and therefor strong, probably decently ahead of AQ although you do have position. So, you're not 3betting for value, which means you're making a play. Not an unthinkably horrid one, but a play nonetheless. It's 4nl. KISS. Just call.

Yea.... im such a "i have to win the hand im playing right now" kind of player
Ive been workingever so much on my game and sadly even though i AM playing better i am running horrid, and also I am spewing still in spots I should have not. I do it a lot less now tho! I can at least be proud of that improvment. Sure it costs more money, but I am starting to see my errors....
