Flat pre is good. He's going to fold a ton of his range, and KQs flops something almost every time.

I'm cool with how you played this. Raising the flop or river for thin value would be pretty tough, I doubt you'd get called much. Maybe with a read that villain puts everyone on a flush draw, I might raise river smallish to get bluff catching calls.

With the right "this player plays for value only" reads. But usually not.

I would 3-bet pre but this is fine.
