Would you slow play here and check behind to hope that he'll catch something and call a bet? C/r will never happen because he's so passive. Is there a way to maximize or is this just a standard play that usually results in a fold from such a passive player?

Over 377 hands, the BB's stats are:
VPIP:53
PFR: 3
3bet: 2; Fold to 3bet: 88
CB: (has never been in the position to do so)
Fold to Cbet: 67
Fold to steal: 54

Merge - $0.04 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

UTG: $6.57
MP: $4.00
CO: $8.93
BTN: $4.00
Hero (SB): $4.02
BB: $4.85

Hero posts SB $0.02, BB posts BB $0.04

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.06) Hero has 9 9

fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.12, BB calls $0.08

Flop: ($0.24, 2 players) Q 9 6
Hero bets $0.16, fold

[spoil]Hero wins $0.23

cbet. you're only getting value from hands like KQ AQ QJ Q10 J10 78 so on...

bet/bet/shove

c/r is meant to intimidate. why let him kno you're strong.
