yeah, i'd cbet that flop 2/3 pot since we have a gutshot and probably get folds from both of them .probably barrel the turn 1/2 pot and give up on the river but hard to say without villains stats or reads.

I checked hoping to hit, in this hand, i think i lost it by not betting ( obviously) but I mean that in a why that it was my own fault for losing this hand no one elses....

It depends a little on the villains Fold to CBet stats as well. If they're the type to call wide pre and continue to call with any pair etc. then a check hoping to hit something is probably fine. But if they have over 70% FCBet then its definitely worth a shot on the flop, and even if you get called you've got another card to improve. If you do get a call or two on flop CBet, don't improve on the turn and face a bet I'd be out of the hand, barring extremely good odds.
