Not many hands with this player.

Was 3betting the queens a correct play?

Should it be an automatic fold on the 4bet?

I didn't think so, and I called and got a wet flop. But there At this point is the optimal move to shut down or get it in?

Don't flat the 4-bet (either jam or fold).

Fold the flop if you're going to flat the 4-bet.

You don't have to always 3-bet here, since villain is raising UTG. But against an unknown at 4NL, I'm always looking to play a big pot.

calling 4 bets.. why do people do it.

ship pre imo..

fold the flop please, you don't beat JJ/TT anymore and all Ax hands got there, if he's got the balls to ship 88 here let him have it.

I'm shipping pre. Calling 4-bet is very very bad. Snap folding flop. In fact if I was first to act on the flop I'd just open fold and save myself the time of having to click check and then fold.

I have called 4 bets with AA/KK (and have done in the past with QQ, way higher than nl$4 though, and only in very specific spots).

Here, fold pre, or jam pre. As C9 said, fold the flop, its almost as bad as it gets for QQ.

Flop is definitely a fold. Not sure what you thought you were beating

This is probably a safe 3bet vs 4NL unknowns. Not happy at all with getting 4bet but we did it for the flats. Get it in cross your finger and hope for AK.
Honestly I'm not hating a fold to the 4bet. I just don't do it as I'm sure you get a fair few nutters at 4NL but the vast majority of players are likely 4betting {QQ+,AK} and some may flat QQ/AK. The shove is close.

I don't call because with such STP ratio and villains 4bet range and how he plays in 4bet pots being such a mystery we're not really going to get to outplay him. If anything we just let AK get away unscathed when it misses the flop and run the risk of either paying it off when it hits or allowing the rare bluffs we stayed in for to bluff us.

Shove pre or fold. Calling flop isnt good idea here. Why to call pre, then see super bad flop but still calling.

Ya think there's a theme developing here? Wow to calling the flop - I couldn't.

fold to flop. What range do you think villain is shoving here? He raised UTG and 4bet you which means he probably has a decent hand, at least AQ+ or TT+ to be generous. I would fold to the 4bet pre but am not hating the call if you had seen action before that villain is very aggressive although you mentioned you had no reads. Pretty much all villains hands on the flop beat you, (unless he was 4betting really light) so I would fold this flop.
