Cliffnotes:
The villian and I have 175BB stacks. I raise up QQ, get 3 bet by the BTN(he's a bad regular type), I 4 bet he calls. Flop Kc10h5h. I check, he checks behind. Turn is a blank and I fire and he calls. River is the Ace(no flush), I check, he shoves, I fold.

Points of Concern:
Should I have lead at the flop? What is his 4bet calling range and how is it different than his 4bet shoving range? What hands play this way(moster/air)?
How often does HM miss hands?(just side thought)

I'd probably lean towards betting the flop here against most fish, but our opponent is really aggressive. So checking to him to let him bluff is fine too.

I'm fine with how you played this.

Should I expect a different dynamic in a 4bet pot? Should I be more/less aggressive oop in these biggish pots?

Eurgh, don't like this hand format. Proper confusing.

Not sure about the 4x raise from the CO, is that your standard raise size?

Prefer 3-betting larger pre. That was basically a minraise.

Player dependant.

A LAGgy fish like this is going to be fairly skiddish, and could have a very wide range. So you should bet for protection & value bet thinner. They call preflop just because they love the gamble and they think you're just adjusting to their wide 3-betting.

TAGs who flat 4-bets generally have KK+.

I was utg in a five handed game here. 4xbb is my standard raise 2 before the button. So in a 6 handed game I'm usually opening with 4xbb from utg+1.
