^This the turn brings in more draws I think TT JJ and Qx makes up the majority of his range as stated above.

This. Not betting the turn is pretty bad in this spot. Too many action killers on the river, plus tons of hands have at least a gutshot and an over for a draw.

What is villain's fold to 3-bet stat? This isn't an automatic 3-bet for value for me.
