Fold the flop. You called to setmine in a multiway pot. You missed.

BTN is not c-betting 4-way without a hand that beats us (99+, Qx), or at the very least has a massive amount of equity (like Ah9+h).

If you were ahead on the turn when you donked (and frankly, chances are you were ahead), then that river completed all the strongest draws, so despite improving your hand, it didn't really help you.
That said, at that time, 13.25BB is such a small amount that you're not folding anyway.

It's not going to be terribly wrong. But I'd still prefer to fold the flop.

Preflop: Looks fine, this hand plays well in multiway pots so I'm happy to see you flat-calling here.
Flop: This is definitely a check/fold. You missed your set and it's unlikely that everyone missed this flop. You can't expect to reach showdown cheaply here so you're better off just folding.
Turn: This is also definitely a check/fold. Donking here looks so weak and achieves almost nothing. What is your plan if you get raised on the turn? And what is your plan if you get called on the turn for the 90% of river cards that complete your set or straight without completing the flush?
River: As played, I'm shoving this river too and hoping that the villain calls with Qx. Stack sizes are so short here that you can't ever fold, no matter how much you think he has the flush.

I just started to play cash games and I thought I played this hand good.

3-bet pre. No reason to play this MW against someone with a wide range here.

As played, I probably bet or c/f the flop. As played, c/f the turn. Once you have 2 people in there you need to slow down.
