Villian 10/10/3.0 over 42 hands he also has a 100% c-bet stat if that is realiable with only 42 hands.

At these limits I will always set mine (with at least 12/1 odds) assuming villians will stack with overpairs, unless I have notes to the contrary.

My main question is w/calling the flop bet, I am in position so I can reevalate his actions on the turn and let it go if necessary. Or should I have just let it go at this point assuming I am behing with those stats?

BB: $5 (250 bb)
UTG+2: $4.99 (249.5 bb)
MP1: $2.01 (100.5 bb)
MP2: $5.01 (250.5 bb)
MP3: $2.96 (148 bb)
CO: $1 (50 bb)
Hero (BTN): $3.97 (198.5 bb)
SB: $2.91 (145.5 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is BTN with 8

CO posts BB out of position, UTG+2 folds, MP1 raises to $0.12, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.12, SB folds, BB calls $0.10

That's a really tight player for these limits, meaning he's only playing good cards. This flop hits his range REALLY hard. If you have notes that he is passive after cbet is called on turn and river, then OK maybe? Still the pot is small, you have no implied odds because if he didn't hit, he's not paying you off if you hit your miracle two-outer anyway. The best you can hope is he checks to river and he flips AJ or you can take him off JJ. Fold.

I agree this is a fold. As has been pointed out, if you believe his stats, you're behind. I'm not sure why you would want to call this flop bet. Unless you hit an 8 on the turn there's really not much to re-evaluate.

I agree this is a fold.

Agreed, I should have Folded as the flop bet is too big to call in this spot. My mind was saying fold but fingers clicked call. FTR I caught the 8 on the turn and stacked him AK I believe.

I hate floating here against a 10/10.
This is like the second worst flop that could have hit(replace the 9 with A and u have the worst imo).
The pot is small,u dont have odds to try to hit a 8 on the turn and there is no need to get fancy here.
Just fold and wait for chance against the 60/10 that i know is siting some where at the table.
