2nl KK Preflop Raise amount question

I am brand new to this table this is either the 2nd or 3rd hand I have been dealt so I have no information on anyone pokertracker or otherwise.

So what is a reasonable raise amount to get one or two callers?

i would reraise to 14c but since u r playn such a low limit they will prob call so raise and pray lol. ive played 1c2c nl and its a donkfest raisin to 8c u will get 5or 6 callers. i will not play it again unless im just goofn around or somethn. GL

I would raise it to .25c here, and expect at least 1 caller most of the time.

A pot sized raise is ~$0.25, but this is 2$ NL, and they don't like folding. So I prolly bump this to 30-35.

19cts ? average stack at 2.5/3$. only calls. 19cts, maybe 14... i like to make strange bet's. 14 and 19 are great, not 15 or 20... psychology

That's what I'd do. Anything less and I think you'd get too many callers.

For the record, i raised 25 cents, got 7 callers, I caught a King on the flop and got paid. I was just curious what your thoughts were about the raise amount.
