You have to raise the flop here. On a 10Jx flop there are a ton of draws, hands you can get value from that you beat. (AJ, KJ, QK, 89, maybe AQ, or AK. etc) So I would raise the pot on the flop and just jam it in on the turn.

Yep, I'm getting it all in here, but as you noted I would have raised his flop bet.
