I really Wanted to get it all in pre-flop with AK in this spot but didn't know how to go about doing it with only .46 in the pot. Do I shove straight up over the top or bet enough to allow someone else to shove.

Shoving here is fine at these stakes, because you'll get called by some many bad aces. That'd be my preferred line.

If you're not going to shove, then you need to raise an amount that doesn't commit you to the flop no matter what comes. There's like 46c in the pot when the action gets back to you, so I 4-bet up to like 70c. When you 4-bet that much, you pretty much have to go all in no matter what hits on the flop.

Since max buy-in is $5, it appears you are playing short so as c9 says it's fine to shove here after the less than minraise 3bet. With a full stack, at these stakes, you can make your initial raise bigger, say $.20. This makes it more likely to isolate to 1 or 2 opponents and makes it easier to build a big pot for your big hand.

1) I wouldn't call 100 bb's deep short.
2) I wouldn't raise 20c with a 5$ stack because it announces your hand to the rest of the planet, and it still gives players implied odds against you (25:1).
