I call this pretty happily.

Instaoverbetshove could be a semibluff, could be a total bluff with air, could be AJ/AT-type hands, could be two pair, could be a set. Whatever it is, it's horribly played of course - a lot of otherwise decent players tend to make incredibly horrible plays in blind vs blind situations (I know this from personal experience, heh). Regardless, we crush SB's range here, callcallcall.

Yes call, what are we afraid of here ? The boogeyman ? This is FD, Sr8D, combo or one pair getting frisky. If it's two pairs or set, take note and move on.

Ya, blind battle he's probably downgraded his expectation of what you're holding.

Most likely holding; flush draw I'd guess.

Alright, calling seems to be the clear play and I didn't really think I could let go of this anyways. I've found myself in similar spots that have turned nastier and thought maybe I was committing too much in small spots based on reads like this.

Anyways, I call, he shows QJo, I hold for a nice pot.

I call this simply based on the fact is a Friday, late, full of weekend donks, and it blind vs blind. Fold vs any decent reg though.

How many decent regs do this ?

Lots on the weekends.

If they think their opponent is a donk and will stack off with top pair or a flush draw or something, yeah. Maybe good regs overbet shove you like this after you've had a few drinks? ;)

Not really relevant here though because Chuck isn't horrible.

Chuck isn't horrible.

awww, thanks Chris.

I don't think regs do this 'a lot' per se, but what i think tb is alluding to is that if a reg did this I'd have a much harder time getting my chips in. I would at least expect a combo draw.
