Poker Hand History Converter Tool -> Hand #4756

Just 11 hands at this table no reliable stats on villains, but MP2 was erratic with his raises and I think I was ahead of him. But hes the short stack.

With BB flatting $2.30, am I right that I am reasonably ahead and he will call more? Looks like a weak player that is calling with AK, QQ, JJ or worse. I decide to min raise, confident that I will get a call. I don't want to push him out of the hand yet I don't want him to get to call for a few more cents when I think I'm ahead. Then again the flop decision would be somewhat easier if I just call........

My major question is my line on the flop. Check or bet..check or bet...check or bet???? I HATE checking here!

If MP2 is erratic, any move you make against him is going to seem like you're trying to isolate yourself against with the maniac. So the BB (in theory) is going to be more likely to call with a lesser hand.
Your min-raise looks suspicious. I'd just shove at that point. Then the BB is going to wonder if his pocket Tens (or whatever) are good, since it's likely to be an Ace/face vs A/K situation where you hold each other's outs. (Well... maybe I'm giving him too much credit.)

I don't understand your $9 bet on an A/J/6 flop. All hands that you beat are folding, and all hands that beat you are gladly taking your $9.

The flop bet isn't so bad, since like all hands with a pair are committed. The min-raise preflop tho makes me vomit in my mouth a little...
