i have 250 hands on villain
16/13/2.8
donkbet 0%
Fold to cbet 50%
Folds to steal a lot- wtsd 13%
I have been very active at the table

I don't know if he is capable of bluffing this river, although it would be a good spot to do it, honestly the only 2 hands that beat me i can put him on are like ks10s, or j10 which I would expect him to raise on the turn. Any other hand he might have just does not make much sense to me.
I guess folding here is the safe play, but is there any merit to calling since there should be hardly any tens in his range. Im about 90% sure we can rule out QQ-AA also

You raise on the flop would suggest to villain that you dont have a 10 in your hand. AA-QQ would probably be happy to see showdown without putting any more money into pot. Villains stats suggest that you would both be all in on flop if he had these hands. Same goes for AK (turn) or KQ.

A10s (spades) or J10s or missed draw would like shove here. I think you'd enough equity for call against slightly looser opponents but villains stats suggest he is bit nitty so I wouldn't be so keen here unless I've seen him caught out in a big bluff or two. I'd be expecting villain to be turning over nuts too often.

The flop is really wet, I'd be raising the flop way more & potting the turn. You'd like to have so little money behind that the river decision is a non-decision.

I don't mind the bet sizing up until the turn. Make him think again about drawing out on you. Bet the pot AT LEAST.

yes that is nasty but for me ur pot commited to this hand making u have to call it . if u raised he might of called with A 10 OR 10 10 maybe he just at ak and went all in on a semi bluff ... any way some thing to think about
