In this hand villain is 22/8/3 over 217 hands. How should we respond to villains flop raise? If calling is the right play, how should we be playing the turn?

Reraise and get it in, you'll be up against AQ more times than not.

22/8/3 are decent stats. Over the 217 hands, what did you see him stack with?

His range is probably AQ, KQ, flush/oes draws and sets. If villain gladly stacks with TPTK, than I think you can reraise.

Otherwise, I think it's better to simply call and bet turn. Combo draws won't have the odds to call anymore if the turn misses, queens will call and draws that hit and sets will shove and you can fold.

AQ, maybe KQ, but mostly FD's, or pp's maybe 88-TT here i'd say. Unless villain is a smart player here and he's noticed that you often make c-bets, then his raise may mean complete air. I mean this is a pretty dry flop, one that he assumes missed you i'm sure, so i don't mind 3 betting to ~$15 (commiting yourself, but probably expecting to take the pot down right here most of the time.)
