I had a few good hands here back to back - after the last hand I posted I tried to be a little more aggressive with my raises. :) I am not really sure about some of my raises so give me feedback.

Bet a minimum of $5 instead of $4 in the KK hand. Then frankly i wouldn't shove the turn. Just bet $10 as it commits both of you to the hand on the river, but increases the odds of villain calling. That is another reason for betting more on the flop (and frankly there is nothing wrong with almost potting the flop for $7...because alot of guys will peel the flop and fold to a turn bet so get as much money in as you can when you can) because it allows you to shove the turn and it not be an overbet.

Nothing wrong with anything else tho.

@ the last post...

Well that is about the worst possible flop you could have had especially with all those limpers. Flat call flop, but if there is alot of action i'd toss it. Definitely don't raise, if that is what you are wondering, because boards like that obviously tend to produce straights/huge combo draws/2 pair/sets very often vs a somewhat decent cold calling range, and you don't want to be building a big pot where you are either way behind or barely ahead.

All the hands in the first post look fine to me, I don't see anything wrong. Betting more on the KK hand on the flop maybe, but that's minor.

Your last hand deserves a thread on it's own though, that's a lot stickier of a situation.

Thanks both of you. I will move the other hand to a separate thread.

Can't argue with the first lot and yep the 2nd is a horror, there's a few options but it's nastiness all over.

(How did you do in the CC tourney btw? :))
