Initial raiser is 38/12/1, pusher is 29/4/1.5 and the cold caller is a 8/6/3 reg. The pusher could be tilting a little, as could I as I recently lost a decent sized pot. Otherwise, we've got our same old 15/10/5 image.

pokerstars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed)

MP1 ($20.55)
MP2 ($14.35)
MP3 ($6.30)
CO ($30.10)
Hero ($33.70)
SB ($13.15)
BB ($25.65)
UTG ($24.55)
UTG+1 ($35.65)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A

UTG calls $0.25, 1 fold, MP1 raises to $0.75, 1 fold, MP3 raises to $6.3, CO calls $6.30, Hero ...

Fold. The nit's not cold calling here with nothing. I'd say the best you can hope for him to show you here is QQ.

You're thinking AA/KK/QQ calls hoping for more action, AK/JJ raises to isolate?

Or, the only thing CO plays in this situation is AA/KK/QQ?

I think he might go the other way; raise AA/KK and call with weaker (AK/QQ) being afraid to get more money in.

^^^ This. I think his call says QQ+ (and very easily could be KK+ only) hoping someone else comes over the top. If we fold here and he show AQs, make a note for the next time, but this time I'm folding.

imo a winning villain shoves TT/JJ/AQ to isolate against you, and realistically if he flats with that range, what's he gonna do if you shove over him? fold?

If he just calling with those hands he's practically begging hands that can beat him to stick around (like yours).

Fair enough - I think I see JJ type hands making this call some of the time (kind of strong enough to hold onto but vulnerable enough to scare a 25nl reg out of isolation-pushing), but not enough to get me to call/overshove here.

I folded, pusher showed AQs and cold caller showed KK which held.
