Alright, so I've been getting myself back into 6max lately and this is one situation that comes up frequently where I'm not quite sure what to do. The hand below is just one example. I'm kind of looking for advice what to do with small-medium pairs vs a button/co raiser in the SB & BB.

I have been playing TAG ~19/17/2.5
Villain is a 23/11/1 with a 27% att to steal

What are your thoughts here?? This seems to be happening a lot when I 3bet small-med PPs OoP.

Villain is kind of a calling station, with low aggro. I think you played this fine upto now. I'm probably folding here, but there maybe some merit in calling and evaluating river. But seriously more often than not I think he has part of the flop here.

This looks fine to me. With regard to 3betting pf, I think it should be done when our opponents range is wide and he gives up 'fairly' easily to 3bets and/or to cbets.

Postflop there's really nothing wrong with check-folding a big drawy flop like that if it hits his range hard enough.

i'd be tempted to check flop vs some1 w/ an AF of 1, because they aren't likely to bluff the flop. and you could always c/c the flop and c/f turn, since somebody like this is almost never double barrelling (provided this is over a decent sample). checking from oop in a 3 bet pot vs a station often works fine, because it is unlikely you are going to get bluffed off of the best hand. i could understand folding turn vs this villain, but vs a more aggressive player/some1 who likes to call in position or float, i'd probably call turn and reevaluate river.

i'd also 3 bet more pre to 2.75.

I have a habit of getting into these exact spots (at FR), although I'm generally 3betting a slightly larger amount preflop (say $3 here). With 2 overs to your pair and a fairly passive opponent, I don't know that I lead out on the flop here just because I don't think he'll bluff bet often enough to make folding to a flop bet wrong. If he checks behind on the flop I'll lead out on the turn regardless of what falls.
